The AWSP Leadership Framework training provides a tool for districts as they continue to design and develop their new principal evaluation modules. Topics covered in this training are Overview of the AWSP Framework, Requirements of the Principal Evaluation System Deep Dive into Rubrics, Review of User's Guide, Reflective Questions and Writing Performance Evaluations. 

This two-day training fulfills the Washington state requirement for training on the AWSP Leadership Framework for evaluators of Principals and Assistant Principals.
