Right Response Advanced Certification training is a two-day class that will provide participants with the skills they need to respond effectively to student and adult behavior that has the potential to compromise personal safety.

When safety is your responsibility, the Right Response workshop is your essential toolbox for determining the best course of action in any situation to achieve a safe, lasting, and positive result.  These tools will help you successfully manage aggression or behavioral challenges and help you prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

The Right Response Cycle will guide you along the path to success.  Maybe an incident occurs unavoidably and requires De-escalation or even Physical Safety.  The practice of Postvention will guide you back into the goal of Prevention, allowing you to address the needs of the person before the next incident can occur.  This cycle represents a power process and will work well for you IF you follow its steps.
