As educators, you’ve seen firsthand how the lack of devices, connectivity, and digital literacy can impact daily life. This course will equip you with the tools and knowledge to make a real difference in your classroom, school, and community. 

Ready to bridge the digital divide? Join our Digital Navigation Services course designed specifically for K-12 educators. You’ll learn about the three core tenets of Digital Navigation and Inclusion: Internet connection, Devices, and Digital Skills and Supports. 

In each module, you will evaluate your current understanding of the topic, engage with data and research about the topic, and connect with community-based resources that may help address the topic. Finally, you will brainstorm ways to address the topic within your own educational community, discuss your ideas with other educators, engage with your peers’ ideas and questions, and share resources within your own community. 

Clock hours and fees:

• The course offers 3 clock hours. You must complete the course to receive clock hours.
• There is a minimum fee of $15, which covers up to 3 clock hours.
• Even if you claim less than 3 clock hours, the minimum $15 fee still applies.

Clock Hour Verification Process:

• The instructor will verify the completion of your coursework monthly, for the previous month.
• After course verification, it may take up to 2 weeks to receive an email with instructions on how to claim your clock hours in pdEnroller.
• Once you complete the clock hour claim process (survey and payment) in pdEnroller, clock hour attendance verification can take approximately 30 days.
