District leaders are critical to the successful implementation of comprehensive school counseling programs (CSCP) that benefit all students. In fact, district leaders have three “superpowers” that when leveraged well can make all the difference for CSCP practitioners and administrators at school sites. Join us to engage in professional learning designed specifically for district-level leaders around high-impact strategies for managing change within CSCPs and implementing shifts in our own leadership practice to empower CSCP practitioners at school sites. Cross-district collaboration time will be provided for the sharing of strategies and practices, as well as resources district leaders can use to provide role-specific PD to school practitioners. Walk away feeling empowered to lead and support CSCPs from the district level!
