This General Anti-Bias Teacher Training (GAB) provides teachers, administrators, staff, and community members with the knowledge, awareness, and skills to respond to prejudice and discrimination. The first half of this workshop engages participants in interactive activities and provides opportunities to practice skills to create equitable and safe school environments. 

The second half of this workshop provides participants with the opportunity to unpack resources that support a unified reach towards equitable, safe, and respectful school climates and cultures. We will explore ADL's vast library of educational and anti-bias resources including:

• Online Lesson Plans: Timely and engaging lesson plans available for free online
• Anti-Bias Curriculum Guides: Cutting edge K-12 curriculum guides, which allow students to explore identity, bias, and discrimination, and empower them to take action
• Books that Matter: Divers anti-bias books including books of the month and family/educator discussion guides

Participants will receive a free copy of the anti-bias curriculum guide for the grade levels they work with.
