Description
Dyslexia represents the most common and most prevalent of all known learning disabilities and impacts approximately 1 in 5 individuals. Reading is one of the most studied things in human psychology. Its science is what we call settled science. This session will cover what administrators, at all levels, should know about supporting different learners in reading. Specifically, we will cover an overview of understanding dyslexia, the Science of Reading, how to assess reading, and best practices to look for in classrooms.
