The Program-wide leadership team strategic planning workshop is designed for program-wide leadership teams including teachers or providers, administrators, data coordinators (implementation and evaluation data focused), practitioner coaches, program coaches, implementation specialists, a person (s) who will serve as the lead contact to facilitate behavior support planning processes, family member representatives, community members, and other staff as relevant. 

This working meeting will support program leadership teams who will be active in guiding the implementation with a site or program. Generally, there is one program-wide leadership team for each program. Training content will include critical elements highlighting implementation strategies, leadership team responsibilities, staff support, professional development considerations, coaching teachers, systems and procedures to support children who engage in “challenging behavior,” family engagement, and data-based decision-making. Leadership teams will leave with a finalized implementation plan by the end of the two-day workshop.
