Description
Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) training is a course designed to teach adults how to recognize and respond to signs of mental health challenges or crises in young people, ages 12-18. Participants learn how to identify symptoms of anxiety, depression, substance use, and other mental health issues. The training equips them with the skills to offer initial support and connect youth with appropriate resources or professional help, promoting early intervention and care.
