This year, Math Fellows across Washington will focus on three key topics in order to support Action Planning and Implementation by participants in order to grow in these stated goals. Up to 24 Stem and/or Equity Hours will be provided.

1. Leadership of self and others
2. Develop deep mathematical understanding
3. Implement equitable math instruction

Meetings span September 2023 - June 2024, and are offered in a variety of formats:

A. Series of 4 in-person meetings held at a regional location (ESD)

B. Hybrid collection of meetings; 2 in-person with virtual meetings between to make up other meeting content

C. Hybrid meetings; 4 meetings that include both in-person attendance and virtual attendees

D. Virtual cohort: collection of multiple meetings of shorter duration that collectively make up the series
