The Program-wide leadership team strategic planning one-day workshop is designed for program-wide leadership teams including teachers or providers, administrators, data coordinators (implementation and evaluation data focused), practitioner coaches, program coaches, implementation specialists, a person (s) who will serve as the lead contact to facilitate behavior support planning processes, family member representatives, community members, and other staff as relevant. 

This working meeting will support program leadership teams who will be active in guiding the implementation of early learning inclusionary practices in their district. Training content will include critical elements highlighting implementation strategies, leadership team responsibilities, staff support, professional development considerations, coaching teachers, systems, and data-based decision-making. Leadership teams will leave complete sections of system-wide assessment tools (Local District Preschool Inclusion Self-Assessment and Benchmarks of Quality) as well as a complete planning guide with identified steps for moving forward.
