Speech-language pathologists frequently face ethical issues, decisions, and dilemmas. This session will describe ethical issues often faced in clinical practice as well as decision-making models and strategies to make ethical decisions. An analysis of the 2023 code of ethics put forth by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association will be used to support the ethical decision-making process.
