This is a 6 hour workshop, with an additional hour allowed for lunch. It will focus on the part the adults play in the classroom as it relates to creating the CULTURE of a family in the classroom. Concepts of empowering students to find their voice that uses communication built around Respect, Dignity, and Flexibility. Sharing the Power with all students in your class and ensuring that each student is given Respect will be discussed. Treating each student with Dignity each day despite their behavior. Asking the # 1 Question to Children, “What Do You Need from Me in Order for YOU to Learn in this classroom?” Building a FAMILY CULTURE is critical from Day 1.
