Course Description:

This professional development course is designed to empower educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance student success in high school, particularly focusing on the critical 9th-grade year. Participants will explore effective strategies to improve 9th Grade On-Track Rates, leveraging data-driven decision-making to monitor and support student progress. The course fosters a collaborative learning environment, encouraging peer learning and the sharing of best practices.

Educators will develop coaching and mentorship skills to support their colleagues and enhance overall teaching effectiveness. Additionally, the course will guide participants in creating comprehensive support systems that address the diverse needs of students, ensuring a holistic approach to student success.
