This three part workshop will teach essential dispositions and skills for teachers and paras in relation to classroom management and student supervision. Participants will leave each session with new skills and strategies to improve management and supervision in their work. We will discuss classroom organization, essential routines, self-efficacy, student engagement, classroom meetings, the use of praise, trauma informed practices, deescalation strategies, and supervision of unstructured time and spaces.
