These clock hours map to the various professional development configurations that will happen on the FWPS district's Friday Early Release Days.  Teachers will participate in a variety of PD opportunities including but not limited to PLCs, Vertical PLCs, District PD, or  Builidng PD on these days.  

1. PLC - teacher teams will engage in the Dufour PLC inquiry cycle together - 9/20, 10/25, 11/15,1/17, 2/21, 4/11, 5/16

2. Implementation Day - teachers will spend these days engaging with their Personal PD plans,  researching their inquiry questions, participating in book studies, making research based lesson plans,  collecting and processing student data, or meeting whatever need is pressing in their teacher practice, 9/27, 12/20, 1/24, 2/28, 3/21, 4/18, 5/9

3. Building - Teachers will experience a rotation of Personal PD time, and PD support with building level initiatives such as SEL, GOE Fridays,  MLL learners, and Tier 1 Instructional strategies ( Instructional playbook)  10/18, 11/22, 1/10, 2/7, 3/14, 5/2, 5/30/

4.  District - there are 5 District Level PD days this year on the Early Release Rotation Calendar, 10/4, 11/1, 12/13, 1/31, 3/7, 4/25,
