Description
Coaches will support teachers to implement research-informed high-leverage practices by conducting studios with grade level teaching teams (K-5), collecting data and reflecting on and refining instruction through coaching cycles. Coaches will emphasize student centered teaching practices in mathematics instruction as well as experience with a variety of high leverage and inclusive routines during these studio experiences.
Coaches will support teachers in utilizing core curriculum materials and technology tools to support the students’ engagement in the CCSS for mathematical practice and understanding of CCSS for mathematics.
