No matter what our ML service delivery model, all MLL Specialists are working with other adults to one degree or another. This series provides time and tools to develop our skills as effective communicators and collaborators in service of our multilingual students. 

This series will run parallel to our Co-Planning Days, providing specific support for MLL Specialists in developing effective collaborative relationships with colleagues. The series will be an excellent complement for those participating in Co-Planning, with time between Co-planning days to deepen your skills in growing collaborative partnerships.  

Topics will include: 

Exploring our own core beliefs as instructional leaders in service of MLLs  

Building trusting relationships with colleagues  

Collaborating across lines of difference  

Deepening listening skills   

Navigating challenging conversations, including conversations about race   

How to get unstuck in professional relationships  

Time to practice
