This online workshop will help you finalize data entry in the closing fiscal year in WESPaC/Skyward and prepare the data for extract to the EDS Annual Financial Statement (F-196). We will also cover the steps necessary to perform the Fiscal Year End Rolling Process in the WESPaC/Skyward Financial Management system. Topics covered will include: Data Preparation for Extract & Validation; Crosswalk Maintenance, Validation and Verification; Creation of the EDS F196 Extract file and Fiscal Year End Roll Process.

There is a fee to attend NWRDC trainings if your School District does not belong to the NWRDC regional cooperative. Member Districts can attend at no charge. The fee is $200 for classes under 4 hours and $400 for all day classes. A PO is required prior to attendance, and can be emailed to regadmin@nwrdc.net.

In order to attend this course, and to ensure we are able to credit you correctly for class hours attended, we require the following to enter the Zoom room:  your complete first and last name as well as your school district. Failure to do this will automatically end your Zoom session.
