This 2.5 hour online Zoom working session will review the processes necessary for a successful beginning of the school year! Topics covered will include: verifying System Dates, (have a copy of your district calendar available), verifying Grading Periods, updating Advisors/Homerooms, verify Student Default Entity and Entity Counts, updating Survey Questions, Entry/Withdrawals practices, updating Special Programs, Attendance Truancy, and (time permitting) any recent software updates.

Target Audience: District Coordinators, Building Secretaries and Registrars

There is a fee to attend NWRDC trainings if your School District does not belong to the NWRDC regional cooperative. Member Districts can attend at no charge. The fee is $200 for classes under 4 hours and $400 for all day classes. A PO is required prior to attendance, and can be emailed to regadmin@nwrdc.net.

In order to attend this course, and to ensure we are able to credit you correctly for class hours attended, we require the following to enter the Zoom room:  your complete first and last name as well as your school district. Failure to do this will automatically end your Zoom session.
