Description: During this online ZOOM session, attendees will learn how to create a substitute assignment, view how a teacher takes attendance, enter attendance for a class, activity or range of students (large groups of students), or an individual student(s).
Zoom Model: This is a hands-on ZOOM session (to fully participate we recommend having access to two screens – one to see the presenter’s screen and a second to have a screen to work in the data, headset with Mic or speakers and mic on the computer.
Prerequisite: Attendance Basics Setup (Part 1 of 3)
Series Includes: Attendance Basics Setup, Attendance Basics Entry and Attendance Basics Reports.
Target Audience: Office Staff that enters Attendance
Event Notes
There is a fee to attend NWRDC trainings if your School District does not belong to the NWRDC regional cooperative. Member Districts can attend at no charge. The fee is $200 for classes under 4 hours and $400 for all day classes. A PO is required prior to attendance, and can be emailed to regadmin@nwrdc.net.
Login information will be emailed prior to the meeting.
In order to attend this course, and to ensure we are able to credit you correctly for class hours attended, we require the following to enter the Zoom room: your complete first and last name as well as your school district. Failure to do this will automatically end your Zoom session.
