This online workshop is a continuation of the setup for attendance letters in Qmlativ. Attendees will view examples of unexcused and excessive (chronic) absence letters; discuss and create Attendance Letter Count Type, Date Types, Thresholds plus create Letter Content. Attendees will also learn to process and maintain attendance letters.

Zoom Model: This is a (hands-on or presentation style) ZOOM session (to fully participate we recommend having access to two screens – one to see the presenter’s screen and a second to have a screen to work in the data, headset with Mic or speakers and mic on the computer).

Target Audience: Attendance secretaries; BECCA/Discipline personnel

Prerequisites : User should be proficient at Attendance entry and/or have attended a Basic Attendance training

There is a fee to attend NWRDC trainings if your School District does not belong to the NWRDC regional cooperative. Member Districts can attend at no charge. The fee is $200 for classes under 4 hours and $400 for all day classes. A PO is required prior to attendance, and can be emailed to regadmin@nwrdc.net.
