This 3 hour, online-only workshop will give an overview of the Conference Scheduler features in Skyward. Conference Scheduler permits the creation of conference time slots for teachers. Guardians can either be signed up or sign themselves up to meet with their students’ teachers. A report that shows a teacher’s schedule of conferences can be generated and reminder auto emails can also be configured. We will demonstrate the different views from teacher, parents and office personnel perspectives.
Zoom Model: This is a (hands-on style) ZOOM session (to fully participate users should have access to two screens – one to see the presenter’s screen and a second to have a screen to work in their data, headset with Mic or speakers and mic on the computer). To ensure you receive the maximum benefit from your attendance, please find a quiet place while attending this session allowing you to fully participate without interruption.

Target Audience: District Skyward Coordinators and/or Office Personnel. (Tip sheets for teachers and parents will be provided.)

There is a fee to attend NWRDC trainings if your School District does not belong to the NWRDC regional cooperative. Member Districts can attend at no charge. The fee is $200 for classes under 4 hours and $400 for all day classes. A PO is required prior to attendance, and can be emailed to regadmin@nwrdc.net.
