This Qmlativ Staff Planning In-Depth session will focus on building and working within Staff Planning as well as F-195 Processing. 

Clean-up covered in part 1 should be completed prior to working in Staff Planning. 

Session Outline: Training: During the first part of the session, we will walk through how to build plans and import positions, how to clone and build scenarios, and review the various reporting options created to help with verifying information. We will wrap up the training portion with how to push staff planning into fiscal budget, and how to extract staff planning into the F-195.  Lab Time: Time with NWRDC Coordinators available to help as you get started on your personnel budgeting. 

Who Should Attend? District personnel responsible for personnel budgeting and are new to Staff Planning. 

There is a fee to attend NWRDC trainings if your School District does not belong to the NWRDC regional cooperative. Member Districts can attend at no charge. The fee is $200 for classes under 4 hours and $400 for all day classes. A PO is required prior to attendance, and can be emailed to regadmin@nwrdc.net.
