Description: This 3-hour, online ZOOM session, is for secondary entities that use the Mass Student Scheduling (auto scheduling) process to schedule students for Next Year. The expectation will be that students will have course requests and the initial Master Schedule will be in place (including sections and meets). Users will learn how to run the Mass Student Scheduler to analyze the Master Schedule and identify conflicts. Various scheduling tools will be identified to assist in the master schedule analysis and complete the student scheduling process. Post scheduling reports and processes will also be demonstrated.
Zoom Model: For this ZOOM session (to fully participate we recommend having a headset with Mic or speakers and mic on the computer), and to ensure you receive the maximum benefit from your attendance, please find a quiet place while attending this session allowing you to fully participate without interruption.
Target Audience: Administrative staff responsible scheduling students and master schedule decision making (e.g., Counseling Secretary, Counselors, Principals).
