This training is intended to support those who support novice educators. In this training, current mentors of novice educators will engage in readings, discussions, practical application, and practice to increase their knowledge of what constitutes data and feedback. Participants will build knowledge and skills as they learn about instructional frameworks in mentoring and learn how to apply this knowledge in observations and feedback for novice educators. There will also be opportunities to learn more about asset-based feedback and take part in learning focused conversations to grow reflective practice and thinking.
