Regional roundtables are monthly opportunities for mentors and coaches to build their knowledge, practice their skills, network with colleagues, and reflect on their work supporting teacher growth. This Mentor Roundtable is inspired by Thanks for the Feedback; The Science and Art of Receiving Feedback Well by Douglas Stone and Sheila Heen. 

Roundtables are ongoing opportunities for mentors who have taken Mentor Academy 101 to continue learning in community. BEST's Roundtable offerings are open invitations. Participants can attend one or all sessions of one or more Roundtables based on their needs and interests.

1. Clock hours will be calculated based on the actual amount of time spent in sessions.
2. Participants can mix and match sessions between the variety of Roundtables.
3. Clock hours will be processed in January and June.
