Description
A majority of paraeducators work directly with students in their formative years, at all levels, from early learning to high school, and with diverse learners, such as students with disabilities and multilingual learners. It is the certificated teacher's responsibility to guide and effectively utilize paraeducators for the maximum benefit of students. This module series is designed to provide teachers with strategies for developing an effective working partnership with paraeducators.
The Teachers Partnering with Paraeducators course consists of 3 modules.
- Module 1: Professional Practice
- Module 2: Communication Skills
- Module 3: Creating a Positive & Effective Learning Environment for All Students Together
