Refund policy: 90% refund if cancelled by 5/30/25. No refund if cancelled after 5/30/25; however, the registration is transferrable to another (contact BTC2025registration@psesd.org with the new attendee's info: name & email). 

Purchase order policy: Purchase orders will be accepted from participants in the United States only. Please email the purchase order and W9 to BTC2025registration@psesd.org within 5 days of registration. Here is a copy of our W-9; it may be needed to create the purchase order. Out-of-U.S. participants will need to pay with credit card.
