In these sessions teachers will discuss lessons, materials and instructional strategies.  Over the couse of the year we will survey teachers to see what support they need in these sessions.  Sessions will be planned with these needs in mind and will include progress monitoring, planning small group instruction in response to progress monitoring data, accessing support from district colleagues and external experts, becoming fluent with instructional routines, maximizing student engagement and reflecting on student progress.
